Bringing Well-Being to Life
I help individuals and organizations bring well-being to life through food, mindset, and meaningful connection.
With over 30 years of experience in health communication, nutrition, and population well-being, I work at the intersection of science, strategy, and lived experience—helping people move beyond quick fixes toward changes that are practical, sustainable, and designed for real life.
My work focuses on translating complex health concepts into practical tools, programs, and conversations that actually stick. It’s evidence-informed, shaped by listening, and rooted in a belief that well-being isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing what truly nourishes.
What I Do
I specialize in designing and delivering work that helps individuals and organizations:
Build behavior change and prevention strategies for better health
Learn food, nutrition, and mindful eating approaches that are sustainable in real life
Optimize midlife well-being, aging, and vitality
Communicate food & well-being clearly and accessibly
Develop programs, courses, and practical tools
Engage audiences in workshops and facilitated conversations
Gather insights through interviews, listening sessions, and focus groups to inform strategy, product and service development, and messaging
A Human-Centered Approach to Well-Being
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions—or in approaches that rely on willpower, perfection, or pressure.
Instead, I help people reconnect with what already exists: their values, their capacity, and their lived experience. From there, we build clarity, alignment, and momentum through small, intentional actions that compound over time.
Whether I’m working with an individual, a leadership team, or a community, my goal is the same: to create strategies, environments, and resources that make well-being more accessible, sustainable, and integrated into daily life.
A Bit More About Me
I’m an educator, speaker, and lifelong learner who believes that food is never just food—and that how we live matters just as much as what we do.
Through consulting, facilitation, and written work, I partner with people and organizations who are ready to move away from outdated models and toward a more compassionate, human-centered vision of health.
