Learning to Live Well
Through the World
Featured Journey
South Africa & Lesotho Experiential Travel Journey
October 9–21, 2026
Travel through Cape Town, Johannesburg, safari country, and the mountain kingdom of Lesotho in a journey that blends history, culture, food, and reflection. Together we’ll explore how travel can deepen our understanding of the world—and how those lessons shape how we live when we return home.

Designed Educational Travel Experiences
Travel can be more than movement from place to place. When thoughtfully designed, it becomes a powerful way to understand history, culture, and what it means to live well—individually and collectively.
I collaborate with expert travel partners to design educational, reflective travel experiences that invite learning through history, culture, food, movement, and community connection. These journeys are created for curious adults who want to engage deeply with the world and return home with perspective that feels meaningful and relevant.
Why This Kind of Travel Matters—Especially Now
We live in a time shaped by rapid change, complexity, and uncertainty. Understanding history and learning from other cultures helps us make sense of the present—offering context, perspective, and humility.
These experiences are intentionally designed to engage both mind and body. Through shared meals, daily movement, time in community, and space for reflection, participants don’t just learn about a place—they experience how culture, well-being, and daily life are woven together.
Rather than providing simple answers, this kind of travel helps us:
Ask better questions
Hold multiple perspectives
Recognize that there are many ways to live well
My Role in These Experiences
I serve as an educational consultant and on-site learning facilitator for select travel experiences.
My role is to help design the learning journey—shaping themes, reflective practices, and experiences that connect history, culture, and well-being through food, movement, and community engagement. During travel, I support learning through guided reflection, conversation, and integration.
All travel logistics, bookings, payments, and operational details are handled exclusively by our travel partner, Acacia Tree Travels.

I partner with Acacia Tree Travels, a trusted travel company with extensive experience designing culturally respectful, educational travel experiences around the world.
